Friday is "Baby Day" at Aquabirths. Starting Friday 18 June, we will be running a weekly session for parents and parents-to-be.
The third Friday of the month will see La Leche League meeting from 10am - 12 noon for breastfeeding support. No need to book - just drop in for friendly help and advice. Other Fridays of the month are a chance to come along and enjoy coffee with other parents and parents-to be (dads welcome!) - we will have a resident "expert" on hand (everything from Acupuncturists to Midwives) to answer questions and offer practical help and support on all things from conception to colic.
Starting on 18 June we are also running a 3 Week Baby Reflex Course with Helen Charlton - come and learn simple hand-on techniques for calming your baby through specially-developed reflexology techniques. The course runs 1.30pm - 2.30pm and costs just £30 for the 3 weeks. To book, please contact Helen Charlton on 01274 412808
